Mozilla Firefox and Bug Fixes.

At EveryMethod, we have always favored Mozilla Firefox (an alternate Web Browser) over Microsoft Internet Explorer. We've always had better results with Firefox in regards to performance, security, resource consumption, etc. Plus the ability to customize Firefox with so many extensions and themes is something that puts it above Internet Explorer in my book. The people at The Washington Post have written an article that shows how long it takes Microsoft and Mozilla to release bug fixes as well - Another mark in the win column for Firefox. According to the article, Mozilla puts out bug fixes far faster than Microsoft. Mozilla typically ships updates for critical flaws in about three weeks, though in more than a third of the cases it pushed out a fix in ten days or less. Microsoft averaged 130+ days to fix critical flaws.
